Infinity Business Solutions Ltd is dedicated to providing high-quality services while ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for its employees and minimizing its impact on the environment. The company will comply with all relevant environmental legislation and incorporate environmental considerations into all decision-making processes and activities. 

We will encourage and educate employees to work in an environmentally responsible manner and provide training and information on relevant environmental issues. Our aim is to reduce waste by reusing, recycling, and purchasing recycled, recyclable, or refurbished products where economically viable and appropriate. 

We will avoid the unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products and seek substitutions when feasible, ensuring the protection of human health and the environment when such materials are required. The company will purchase and use environmentally responsible products and communicate our environmental commitment to clients, customers, and the public, encouraging their support. 

We will strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimize the social impact of our activities by regularly reviewing our environmental policy in consideration of our current and future activities.

May I take this opportunity in thanking you for your prompt action in dealing with our hardware problem last week. We were in jeopardy of not being able to pay some clients employees at the end of last month and although we needed to work additional hours we fulfilled our deadlines on time.
